Shadow Archetype Integration: A deep look into the “King, Warrior, Magician, Lover” framework, identifying where your energy is leaked or suppressed.

Primal Vocal Release: Utilizing the crashing surf of China Walls to facilitate vocal toning and primal expression, aimed at discharging physical tension and reclaiming your commanding voice.

Somatic Resilience Training: Non-linear movement and “breath-loading” techniques designed to increase your capacity to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

The “Warrior’s Exhale” Hike: A strenuous ridge trek focused on silent endurance and the symbolic shedding of outdated identities.
